DETAILS
Your final product will be digitally sent to your e-mail, in a transparent png format and a white background jpg format. All commissions will include a small signature/watermark.
It may be possible to accommodate requests, such as creating a sticker version of your commission. This will result in additional fees, which will be estimated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if materials are in low stock, we may request you wait until we are able to make this accomodation.
We are currently in full-time school, so commissions will take up to one month to complete (from once the sketch is started, NOT when the order is placed). Please plan accordingly when placing an order, as we do not accept proposals made with unrealistic time constraints. If the customer fails to communicate regarding the commission in a timely manner, this estimate may lengthen.
ATTENTION: We will not draw NSFW, violence, mecha, or furry art. We reserve the right to refuse your commission if we are not comfortable drawing it, with no explanation needed.
STEP 1: PLACING AN ORDER
Please send us an e-mail at loolemot@gmail.com. Include what you would like drawn, with details and any references if possible. Examples of info to include: # of characters, shading/no shading, desired color scheme (if any), agreed price + flexible price range, agreed time constraint, etc.
We will only accept payment through PayPal/Venmo. For Paypal, an additional 5% fee applies if paying as “goods and service” rather than “friends and family” (due to paypal transaction fees).
STEP 2: THE PROCESS
- You will be sent a form to agree to terms & conditions. Once completed, if we accept your request, you will be placed on a waitlist (if applicable). This waitlist is viewable at the bottom of this page. I will contact you once I begin work on your commission. Please note that we will not make exceptions to move you to an earlier slot; it is first come first serve.
- Once it is your turn, 1/3 of the payment is due before I begin a rough sketch. Once confirmed, we will complete a rough sketch.
- You will work with us to reach an agreement on the sketch. Once agreed upon, the remaining 2/3 of the payment will be due to begin clean lineart + color.
- Adjustments may be made throughout the process, but an updated agreement will be made between Loolemot and commissioner before any art/price adjustments.
- We will send the final drawing through email. Tips are always appreciated <3!
STEP 3: ART RIGHTS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once 1/3 of the payment is made and/or the rough sketch is started, you are not allowed to refuse/decline your order.
If you decide to post my art, you must credit me. You are NOT allowed to sell the drawing/product in any way or form.
I reserve the right to share the drawing on my social media. However, your commission is one-of-a-kind, and so I will not sell the product to anyone else if you are uncomfortable with it (I will make sure to ask!).
